Here is a sneak peak of our most recent outdoor kitchen, located on a penthouse rooftop patio in Kelowna, overlooking Okanagan Lake.  These clients better get ready to create some pretty fine outdoor memories, talk about entertaining in style!  We love the client's choice of river rock, with a black slate tiled countertop.  This entire project was completed and managed by Mode Concrete, from ordering and installing the stainless steel Luxor appliances to organizing all the necessary trades required, we take care of everything and manage the entire project.  Best of all, we always stay on budget and on schedule!

• You can choose to have us build the complete outdoor kitchen or we can just build a outdoor kitchen frame, which you can finish with your own construction materials. You can have confidence that MODE CONCRETE has created all openings, cutouts, and clearances accurately, for your outdoor kitchen accessories and grills.  Our outdoor kitchen frames have amazing structural durability and are designed specifically for each individual project.

Steps for creating the luxury outdoor kitchen of your dreams:

1. set up a consultation with MODE CONCRETE
2. brainstorming stage... get ready any sketches, pictures, or ideas you have
3. think about the budget you want to stay within
4. make a wish list of the features you would like to see in your outdoor kitchen and living space
5. view our website and our suppliers lines for more ideas
6. meet with MODE CONCRETE, where we come see the space in person and talk to you about how to design your outdoor kitchen 
7. after we have dimensions of the space and any specific requests (favorite outdoor grill, must haves, design preference) we provide you a written estimate for the agreed design
8. upon your approval we finalize the estimated costs and all details at this point, you select the finishing touches (countertops, exterior)
9. you accept the estimate, contracts are signed (and deposit cheque is given)
10. MODE CONCRETE will begin building your outdoor kitchen and import any outdoor kitchen items required for your outdoor kitchen (all appliances are shipped directly to your project location)
11. arrangements for gas, electrical and plumbing may need to be made at this stage (we assist with any necessary scheduling)
12. we install the equipment, accessories and make sure everything is working perfectly

Before we do any work or start building your outdoor kitchen, we all sign the official contracts, get your approval on any designs and talk about any final questions we need to address before fabrication commences.  A deposit is needed to book you into our schedule (we get this when signing the contracts) and currently we are taking bookings for a month away.  An average outdoor kitchen usually takes 2-3 weeks to complete once we begin fabricating at your start date. We always stay on schedule, on budget and continuously receive glowing reviews from our clients.
